Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

Data Storage: Your uploaded photos and videos are stored on our secure servers according to your subscription plan's retention policy.

Data Deletion: When you delete content from your account, it is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. This includes all associated metadata and processed versions.

ModelShoot AI utilizes various third-party AI services and models including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Kling, Veo, Runway, and other AI providers to deliver our transformation services.

Third-Party Terms: Your use of our service is also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party AI providers. We recommend reviewing their policies as they may have different data handling practices.

Service Availability: We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or changes to third-party AI services that may affect our platform's functionality.

No Data Selling: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or uploaded content to third parties for marketing purposes.

No Learning Use: We do not use your private photos, videos, or personal data to train our AI models or for machine learning purposes.

Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Your Content: You retain all rights to your uploaded photos and videos. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Generated Content: You own the rights to the transformed photos and videos generated from your uploaded content.

Our Service: The ModelShoot AI platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws.
